Torokko Train

The Arashiyama Torokko Train, officially known as the "Sagano Torokko Train," is a sightseeing train that runs from Saga-Arashiyama in Kyoto to Kameoka. It travels a total distance of approximately 7.3 km in approximately 25 minutes, offering visitors the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful scenery along the Hozu River.

Fare: One-way fare: 880 yen for adults and 440 yen for children.

Bamboo Forest Path: A famous tourist spot in the Arashiyama area, this can be enjoyed in conjunction with a trolley train trip.


Hozugawa River Cruise: A river cruise from Kameoka to Arashiyama is also a popular activity.
